Julian H. Combs
Julian H. Combs, 84, died on September 26, 2022, in the infirmary of the Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, Oregon, where he was held. The Oregon Department of Corrections said he was receiving hospice care at the time. The department also said the Oregon State Police were notified, as they are for all deaths in its custody.
Cause of death, as reported: Died of illness. The Oregon Department of Corrections said he was on hospice care in the prison infirmary at the time of death.
