Julia Peat, 60, of Lake Havasu City, was found unresponsive in a cell at the Kingman detention facility in Kingman, Arizona, on a Sunday afternoon in June 2023. The Mohave County Sheriff's Office said clothing was tied around her neck and that it appears she died by suicide.
