Judley Morgan
Judley Morgan, a Black man, was in the custody of officers at Lansing, Texas, in May 1902, when a mob took him from them. According to the Herald and News, the mob chained him to a post and burned him to death. The newspaper reports that a woman and her husband witnessed the killing and that the husband set the fire.
