Juan Salgado
Juan Salgado, 24, collapsed inside the Pretrial Detention Center, also known as the Miami-Dade County Jail in Miami, and died there on December 6, 2017. The Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office and a search warrant affidavit say fentanyl from the same batch that killed Jesus Perdomo caused the death. Two other people held in the same jail wing were hospitalized that day and survived.
