Juan Ramon Sierra
Juan Ramon Sierra, 40, was held at the Randall County Jail in Texas. According to the Randall County Sheriff's Office, he was found breathing but unresponsive in his cell in the early morning of August 7, 2020, and he was taken to Northwest Texas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on August 11. The sheriff's office and the Texas Rangers are investigating, and an autopsy has been ordered; the cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.
