Juan Moreno-Hernandez
Juan Moreno-Hernandez, 36, died on June 15, 2024, while held at the Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office said a detention deputy found him and another man unresponsive in their cell around 11:15 p.m., and that staff gave both of them Narcan. Officials believe he consumed an unidentified substance and had a medical episode, and the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office will determine the official cause and manner of death. The Precinct 2 Constable's Office is investigating, and the sheriff's internal affairs unit is conducting an administrative review.
