Juan Jaimes
Juan Jaimes, 19, was held at the Manitowoc County jail in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Sheriff Rob Hermann said he was in a fight with another person held there over food around lunchtime on a Friday, and that he hit his head on the concrete floor and lost consciousness. He died on Sunday, November 18, 2007, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Green Bay. An autopsy was performed the following Monday, and the state jail inspector is reviewing the incident and the officers' response.
