Juan Francisco Martinez, a 48-year-old Salvadoran man, died while in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Federal agents arrested him at his home in Reno, Nevada, on August 9. ICE's online locator listed him at the Folkston D. Ray ICE Processing Center in Georgia, but his family was later told by the Washoe County Medical Examiner's Office that his body was in Nevada.
