Joshua P. Phillips
Joshua P. Phillips, 45, was found dead in his cell at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla on August 3, 2025, according to the state Department of Corrections. The department said he was found just before midnight and that foul play was not suspected. The Walla Walla Coroner's Office is still determining the cause of death, and the department said it will conduct a review.
