Joshua Miller, 42, died on September 30, 2021, while held at the Bonne Terre prison in Missouri. The Missouri Department of Corrections said his cause of death was still pending a determination when the reports were published on October 7, 2021. His death was one of seven in Missouri prisons reported between September 29 and October 2, 2021.
