Joshua Maldonado
Joshua Maldonado, 36, died on July 16, 2021, at the Lucas County Corrections Center in Toledo, Ohio, where he was held. The sheriff's office said he was found unresponsive in his cell in the afternoon and that jail staff and Toledo Fire and Rescue tried to save him.
