Joshua Gunn
Joshua Gunn, 29, was held at the Lebanon Correctional Institution in Warren County, Ohio, when he died on May 16, 2023. A Warren County grand jury report and the prosecutor said he died of an overdose from ingesting fentanyl that they say was brought into the prison. Other people have been accused in connection with smuggling the drug in, and that case is ongoing.
