Joshua Goen
Joshua Goen, 43, was the superintendent of the Seagraves school district. On the morning of Friday, December 9, 2022, he was found dead at a residence in Shallowater from what the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office described as an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. He had been released from jail a few days before his death. The sheriff's office said the investigation into his death was ongoing.
