Joshua Brown
Joshua Brown was held at the Turney Center Industrial Complex in Hickman County, Tennessee, when he died in February 2022. The Tennessee Department of Correction said a visitor passed him a balloon of methamphetamine during a visit, that he swallowed it, and that he died of an overdose after being taken to a local hospital. The department said the visitor, Rachal Dollard, was later arrested in connection with his death. The department's account of the visit is the only account available to this memorial.
