Josh Edwards
Josh Edwards was 43 when he died while held at the Public Safety Building in Vermilion County. Correctional officers found him unresponsive inside his cell. Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden said an autopsy was performed but that the results, including the cause and manner of death, had not yet been determined. Relatives who gathered outside the building said they hope conditions and medical care for people held there will improve.
