Joseph Torrice
Joseph Torrice was in the custody of the Manchester Police Department in Connecticut on July 10, 2022, when, according to the Office of the Inspector General, he suffered a medical episode. He was taken to Hartford Hospital, where he was treated in the intensive care unit, and he died there on July 18, 2022. The Connecticut State Police Major Crime Squad is investigating the death. The autopsy by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is pending, and the cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.
