Joseph Skolburg

Joseph Skolburg, 40, died at the Lehigh County Jail in Allentown on April 4, 2015. Jail corrections director Ed Sweeney said in a news release that Joseph died by suicide, hanging himself with a bedsheet in his cell. Sweeney said he had no cellmate and was not under any special monitoring precautions.
