Joseph R. Bechill
Joseph R. Bechill, a 33-year-old man from Toledo, died on May 22, 2021, while held at the Wood County Jail in Ohio. Deputies found him unresponsive in his cell early that Saturday morning. The Lucas County coroner's office is working to determine the cause of death. Wood County Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn said he believed all policies and procedures were followed.
