Joseph Patrick Dorsey, Jr., 30, died on August 17, 2024, while held at the Warren County Jail in Warren. The Warren City Police Chief and the jail warden said he was found unresponsive in his cell that Saturday night, and that staff gave medical aid before fire and EMS crews continued care. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said they are waiting for pathology reports to determine the cause of death, and officials said they do not suspect foul play.
