Joseph Mansapit
Joseph San Nicolas Mansapit, a Merizo resident, died on June 14, 2019, in Las Vegas, Nevada, while held in U.S. Marshals Service custody. The Guam Daily Post reported that he had been attacked by another person in March at the Department of Corrections Hagåtña Detention Facility and was treated for his injuries, though court filings place the beating in Las Vegas.
