Joseph J. Koncel
Joseph J. Koncel, 52, died on March 3, 2017, at the Iowa Medical Classification Center in Coralville, where he was held in the custody of the Iowa Department of Corrections. The department said he had a number of chronic health conditions and that he died of natural causes. It said he was in a prison hospice room when he was pronounced dead that morning.
