Joseph Hutchinson
Joseph Hutchinson, 51, died in August 2023 in his cell at Men's Central Jail in Los Angeles, where he was held. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, he was found with stab wounds during a security check on the evening of August 4 and was pronounced dead at the scene. A 2024 coroner's report lists the cause as stabbing and beating, and a cellmate has been charged in the killing and has pleaded not guilty.
