Joseph Howe

Joseph Howe was 17 years old and from Chico, California, and his grandmother, Mrs. M.J. Clinton, lived on Cherry Street there. According to the Chico Record, a probation officer told her of his death. He died in 1913 at the Preston School of Industry in Ione, where he was held, and the Chico Record reported that he was buried at the school that December.
