Joseph Guadagnoli
Joseph Guadagnoli died of cancer in July 2022 while held at a federal prison in McDowell County, West Virginia. According to his brother, Michael Guadagnoli, Joseph had complained of many ailments for months and wrote sick call requests saying he needed to be seen soon. His brother said the cancer was diagnosed in May 2022, too late for treatment. Those requests and the timing of his medical care are the failures of care his family has raised about his death.
