Joseph Dowler, 45, of Lafayette, died on November 6, 2013, while held at the Colorado Territorial Correctional Facility in Cañon City. The Colorado Department of Corrections did not release details of his death. The Fremont County Coroner's Office was to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.
