Joseph Cochran
Joseph Cochran, 29, was a Marine who had served overseas on several occasions. He died on January 3, 2012, while held at the Dade County Jail in Dade County, Georgia. Dade County Sheriff Patrick Cannon said Cochran hanged himself in a holding cell with his thermal underwear. According to the report, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was called in as a standard measure to investigate the death.
