Jose Mejia-Rangel
Jose Mejia-Rangel, 43, died on March 19, 2020, at the United States Penitentiary Hazelton in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia. The Department of Justice said staff found him unresponsive in his cell in the early morning, and that he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Department said his death was not related to COVID-19 and that it notified the FBI.
