Jose Luis Quesada
Jose Luis Quesada, 51, of Victorville, was held at the West Valley Detention Center in San Bernardino County. He suffered a medical emergency at the Victorville courthouse after a court appearance on December 21, 2022, and was taken by ambulance to Victor Valley Global Medical Center, where he was admitted and pronounced dead the following day. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said the cause and manner of death are pending an autopsy, and that its Specialized Investigations Division is investigating.
