Jose Lopez Garcia
Jose Lopez Garcia, 28, was held at the Washington County Jail. Sheriff Barry Golding said he was found hanging in his cell with self-inflicted injuries on July 2, and he never regained consciousness. He was pronounced dead on July 10, after being kept on life support until his organs could be donated, as he was an organ donor.
