Jose Jesus Rodriguez Parra
Jose Jesus Rodriguez Parra was an Avondale salon owner. On a Monday morning in September 2022, he was held at the 4th Avenue Jail in Maricopa County, Arizona, when he was found in his cell. The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said it appeared he had died by suicide. He was pronounced dead a few minutes after staff tried to save him. Jail crimes detectives and the Professional Standards Bureau are investigating his death.
