Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez
Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez died on June 5, 2018, after being held at the Comal County Jail in Texas. According to KSAT, his family's attorney secured a personal recognizance bond so he could spend his final time with his family, after doctors determined his condition was terminal. He was found on the floor of his cell and taken to hospital before his release.
