Jordon Lee Rodriguez was 23 years old. Records list Jordon as held at the Hale County Jail in Hale County, Texas, and on December 19, 2021, Jordon was found unresponsive and taken to a hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Jordon was taken off life support and pronounced dead on December 26, 2021.
