Jonathan Thomas, 21, died on March 31, 2023, at the Lincoln County Jail in Missouri. According to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, he collapsed in his cell shortly before 4 a.m., three days after he was taken into custody. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the cause and manner of his death, and neither has been determined.
