Jonathan Lee Carter
Jonathan Lee Carter, 24, died on December 20, 2011, while held at the J. Alexander Leech Criminal Justice Complex in Madison County, Tennessee. Sheriff David Woolfork's office said Carter had been placed in isolation on suicide watch after saying he would kill himself, and that he was found hanged that Tuesday night.
