Jonathan De’Keith Poe
Jonathan De'Keith Poe died at Lynchburg General Hospital on August 8, 2025, after he was taken there from the Lynchburg Adult Detention Center on August 1 because of a medical emergency. According to one report, he was placed on a ventilator before he was pronounced dead. The Blue Ridge Regional Jail said his body was sent to the Medical Examiner's Office in Roanoke for an autopsy, and that the death is under investigation with no cause or manner yet determined.
