Jonathan Curtiss Couch, 45, died on April 4, 2021, while held at the Chesterfield County Jail in Virginia. The Chesterfield Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive on his bunk during a routine check around 11 a.m. and was pronounced dead at 11:44 a.m. despite emergency medical efforts. His body was sent to the Medical Examiner's Office, and the cause and manner of death had not been determined in the reporting. The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating the death.
