Jonathan Anguiano, 19, died on November 23, 2021, while held at 201 Poplar in Shelby County, Tennessee. He was found in a shower there with a head injury and taken to Regional One. Sheriff's office employees said he fell. An autopsy found that the cause of his death could not be determined.
