Johnny Slagle
Johnny Slagle, 75, of Telford, was held at the Washington County Detention Center in Tennessee when an altercation took place in a cell on June 14, 2023, and he was taken to an area hospital. He died there on June 19, according to Sheriff Keith Sexton.
