Johnny Noel Parks

Johnny N. Parks, 53, died on February 14, 2017, while held at the Greenville County Detention Center in Greenville, South Carolina. WYFF reported that officers found him in his cell with something tied around his neck, and that he died on the way to the hospital. The Greenville County Coroner, Parks Evans, ruled the death a suicide. Incarceration Transparency also records it as a suicide by ligature hanging.
