John Veilleux
John Veilleux, 38, died on March 21, 2023, at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula while in the custody of the Montana Department of Corrections. According to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a Powell County coroner's inquest jury concluded that he died by suicide from a deliberate overdose of acetaminophen. His death certificate states he ingested 210 pills. The Chronicle reported that his death was one of two state inmate deaths examined at inquests in Powell County.
