John Russo
John Russo, 26, died on April 15, 2024, in a single cell in the protective custody pod of the Leon County Jail in Florida. A correctional officer found him at about 1:30 a.m. The Leon County Sheriff's Office asked the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to help investigate, and the Medical Examiner's office is performing an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death, which have not been established.
