John McLendon
John McLendon, 38, was the father of two children. His obituary described him as an avid outdoorsman with a big heart who gave his best effort to love others and help out when he saw a need. The Leon County jail, in Tallahassee, Florida, has said he hanged himself there in March 2022, four days after being held there, and he was pronounced dead at a hospital on March 16. The record lists him as being in the general population with a roommate at the time, and the manner of death is recorded as suicide.
