John Matthew Rockwell
John Matthew Rockwell, 61, of Valley Center, was held at the Sedgwick County Adult Detention Facility in Kansas. He was hospitalized on July 27 with a pre-existing cardiac condition, and his condition worsened on July 28, when doctors placed him on life support. He died at a local hospital on July 30 after his family authorized removing him from life support, and the sheriff's office said it notified the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.
