John Marshall Hibbert, 38, of Knoxville, died on December 2, 2019, while held at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center in Maryland. Staff found him in his bunk at 5:22 a.m. during breakfast wake-up. The Frederick County Sheriff's Office said initial evidence showed no foul play and that overnight cell checks were logged. The cause of death is pending an autopsy.
