John Joseph Pine
John Joseph Pine, 43, died on September 12, 2026, while held at Folsom State Prison in Sacramento County, California. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said correctional officers found him unresponsive in his cell. He was pronounced dead around 6:30 p.m. The department said the cause of death has not been determined and is awaiting a report from the Sacramento County Coroner.
