Jim William Kennedy
Jim William Kennedy died on April 13, 2023, while held at Limestone Correctional Facility in Alabama. His family's lawsuit says his body was returned to them missing all of its organs and that they were not reached for several days after his death. According to Courthouse News, his body was delivered to a funeral home after a UAB autopsy, missing all internal organs and with broken ribs. His family is among those suing the Alabama Department of Corrections and the University of Alabama System over these matters.
