Jhon Alexander Baker, 35, died at the Butler County Jail in Butler County, Kansas. Butler County Sheriff Kelly Herzet said he hanged himself in the jail on September 27, 2018. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation investigated the death and said he left a suicide note.
