Jessie Payan
Jessie Payan, 38, died on August 15, 2025, while held at the Men's Central Jail in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said paramedics were called to his cell and that he later died of his injuries. The department listed the death as natural, from a non-traumatic subdural hematoma, and said a full investigation is ongoing.
