Jessie Lee Cooks
Jessie Lee Cooks, 76, died on June 30, 2021, at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville, where he was in the hospice unit. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said he was found unresponsive in his assigned bed and pronounced dead that night. The department said the Solano County Coroner will determine the cause and manner of death, which remain pending.
