Jessica St. Louis, 26, was remembered by her family as one of the warmest and most loving people, someone who befriended everyone and cared about helping others. Her foster mother, Victoria Folks, said the family wanted to honor her generous spirit. Alameda County sheriff's officials said a medical exam showed no signs of foul play and that the preliminary indication is a drug overdose, with the toxicology report not yet complete.
